Most patients are unclear as to what physician cares for hair and nails. Part of the training of the dermatology is in the care and treatment of hair and nails.  Our training includes the ability to diagnosis and treat all hair disorders ranging from male pattern hair thinning to fungal infections. In addition we offer specific laser treatments developed to deal with the problems of excess hair. 

The nails present an array of problems that can be dealt with both medically and surgically. This is one of the most common complaints that are addressed in the office.
