Our office is constantly looking for new ways to improve our service to you and make your visits more convenient. Due to the request of many patients, we have installed a personalized appointment confirmation system called “HouseCalls™.” HouseCalls™ enables us to reach you at a more convenient time at home while not disturbing you at work. We would rather spend our office time dedicating ourselves to the high level of service to which our patients have become accustomed.

We want to emphasize that we do not want to become impersonal in our relationship with you, but rather, become more available to serve you better. Please review the following information on the use of our new system. If you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

HouseCalls™ will reach you at home one to two days before your next appointment and give you the day, date, and time as well as any other important information about your visit with us. It will then ask you to confirm your appointment by pressing “1” on your telephone, or, if you wish to leave a message to be retrieved the next business morning, press “3.” If you have missed any of the message and would like to have it repeated, press “2.” If HouseCalls™ reaches an answering machine, it will automatically leave the time and date of the appointment.
